Not looking for another 9-5. Looking for something worth losing track of time for.
When AI started writing faster than any human could, I was already one step from disconnecting. AI just pushed me over the edge.
For almost two years I lived in silence. Barely any people. No social media. Just a notebook, and time to think.
In that quiet space I realised something simple yet powerful: Words that move people aren’t born from prompts or algorithms. They come from someone who actually lived the story they’re telling.
That’s why, when I came back online, I wasn’t scared of AI anymore. Because people aren’t looking for faster content. They’re still looking for real meaning and emotional connection. And nothing will ever change that.
People talk about work-life balance like it’s the ultimate goal. Like the perfect split between hustle and happiness.
But here’s the thing: balance becomes a priority only when your work feels separate from your life. When it drains instead of giving.
Of course, it’s good to rest, to disconnect, to recharge.
But maybe the real dream isn’t balance at all. Maybe it’s building something worth losing track of time for.
The kind of work that fuels you, instead of burning you out. The kind where Monday doesn’t feel like recovery from the weekend — but the place in which you cannot wait to get back on track.
Yes, balance matters. But purpose? Purpose changes everything.
Dashboards don’t cry when onboarding feels cold. They don’t get frustrated when someone doesn’t feel understood. They don’t smile when something finally just… works.
Metrics show you movement, yes. But they don’t show you the meaning behind that movement.
Behind every number is a person quietly deciding: Do I stay? Do I leave? Do I trust this product enough to give it one more chance?
The danger is building for charts instead of humans. Optimising for clicks while missing the connection.
Because the silent users — the ones who never complain, never send feedback, never rage-tweet — they’re the first to leave.
Ignore them long enough… and one day there’s no one left to listen.
In a world drowning in content, genuine words feel rare — and that’s exactly what makes them so powerful.
Over the years, I’ve learned that writing isn’t about filling the space. It’s about reaching into what people care about and communicating it in a way that builds emotional connection.
My background in marketing, sales, and coaching taught me a simple truth: people don’t just want to read — they want to feel understood. That insight shaped how I write, whether it’s about AI, lifestyle, or ecommerce.
I’m looking for a place where this kind of writing isn’t a “nice-to-have” but a real advantage. Where words actually move people.
If that sounds like what you’re building, I’d love to contribute.
Best regards,
Mateusz Bryła
